Richie's Save a Dog Foundation started with one man's profound love for animals and a heartbreaking realization about the plight of pets in need. Too many families are forced to surrender or euthanize their beloved animals simply because they cannot afford emergency veterinary care. Founded by Richard Troia, a passionate advocate for animals and a lifelong dog lover, our mission is clear: no pet should suffer or die due to financial constraints. We are committed to serving as an animal defense foundation to ensure that every pet receives the care they deserve.
To help families in crisis keep their beloved pets by covering emergency veterinary care costs that would otherwise force heartbreaking decisions, the Richies Save a Dog Foundation (RSADF) was created as a safety net. Inspired by the belief that no one should have to surrender a pet due to financial hardship, RSADF provides hope, support, and lifesaving aid to pets and their families when they need it most.

We're thrilled to announce a transformative milestone in our journey: Richies Save a Dog Foundation (RSADF) has acquired a multi-million-dollar property in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This generous donation marks a new chapter for the foundation and opens the door to expanded community impact and financial sustainability.
Our Vision: Coffee Shop for a Cause
As part of our long-term vision, we are developing a vibrant coffee shop on-site. More than just a coffee shop, it will serve as a gathering place for animal lovers and supporters. Most importantly, this coffee shop will donate the majority of its proceeds directly to the animal defense foundation, helping us fund emergency veterinary care for families in need.
